Want to Actually Find What You Are Looking for in Your Closet?

Organization | Storage Solutions

How much time do you spend on a daily basis looking for things? It could be that specific tie that you need for an important business meeting or a pair of shoes that you haven't worn - but know you have - somewhere. Then there is all of the time you spend iron clothing after you've found it shoved in the back of your closet. Or, there is the endless number of shoes that seem to be pouring out of your closet doors. How can you maximize the amount of space in your closet so that you always find something? You need closet organization solutions.

The Perfect Way to Organize Everything

With Closet Works Inc. you will find a wide range of solutions for any type of clothing or accessory you own. There are various steps you can take to not only install a closet system, but to maximize storage within it. Here are some tips to consider.

Shoe Organization

There are various options available for shoe organization. Sometimes, it's best to invest in variety here. For example, angled shoe racks are fantastic for dress shoes and high-heels. On the other hand, you can maximize space much more with slots for loafers and sandals. Store these shoes top-to-top in a cubby-like space for the most storage and easy access to both shoes.

To keep tops organized, you don't necessarily need to line them up by color. What you do want to work towards is minimizing space. Anything cotton, such as t-shirts, can easily be folded and stored on shelves. Use wooden hangers and bars to hang dress shirts and blouses. This minimizes wrinkling. For suit jackets, coats, and other bulky items, use sturdy, wooden hangers. Also consider keeping these items on lower racks (divide wall space in half horizontally within the closet storage system so that two racks can hang one under the other.)

Jeans are easily folded tightly after washing and easily stored in a stack on a shelf or in a drawer. It's easy, then, to pick out color without having to dig through space. For dress pants or any pant requiring ironing can easily be hung up. That will save you substantial time later since you can skip the ironing a second time.

From socks to hair items, it is always best to use drawers for accessories. Use small compartments within drawers to divide up and organize spaces. If you are storing socks here, roll them into a tight ball or fold them to link pairs together. For ties, you can use drawers by rolling the ties up to ensure they do not get creases in them. You can also invest in a tie holder - a special addition to your closet organizer system.

In addition to these features, you can easily customize your closet space to include more of what you need. If you want to minimize clutter, choose a wardrobe that closes up the shelving and drawers so you cannot see it. You can store electronics, add a makeup table to your walk in closet or add a larger storage area for blankets and sheets. There's no limit to what you can accomplish with an effective organization system like this. The Closet Works can help you personalized storage so you never lose anything again.
