To avoid surprises, please read your Installment Loan Agreement in full before you accept any financing. GreenSky financing is separate from your project with The Closet Works, and any questions about rates, fees, payments, or loan terms should be directed to GreenSky.

Q. How do I apply for financing with the GreenSky® Program?

Your Designer can take you through this simple process so that you can apply for the loan program that best suits your needs. You will work directly with GreenSky® securely and privately for all matters pertaining to your application.

Q. How will The Closet Works Inc. receive my deposit and balance payments, as outlined in my Sales Agreement?

If approved, once your account is activated, The Closet Works Inc. will submit a transaction on your account. Each time The Closet Works Inc. requests a payment, you will receive a communication from GreenSky® to confirm authorization.

Q: How long is the “promotional period” for my loan?

If applicable, the promotional period for your loan will be identified in your Installment Loan Agreement.

Q. Why should I finance my project when I can pay cash or use a credit card?

Financing a project with a GreenSky® loan may allow you to take advantage of a range of options, such as no interest when paid in full within the promotional period and no payments due for 12 months, or it may allow you to spread out the expense with flexible monthly payments.

Q. What type of credit is available?

GreenSky® Program loans are unsecured installment loans with APRs that become fixed once the loan enters its amortization period.

Q. How do I make a payment?

It’s simple – pay online in the customer portal or by phone, or schedule automatic payments to be drafted from your bank account. The choice is yours.
