Base Salary with commission, no limit to earning potential
The Closet Works, Inc. is an industry-leading LEAN company which has enjoyed a stellar reputation for over 30 years. We are currently seeking a talented individual for our sales/design team. This position is for a full-time employee who wants more than a job but rather, a career offering unlimited growth. Our current design team has an average of 14 years tenure with our company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interviewing prospective customers in their homes to determine needs and desires
- Taking precise measurement of closets and storage spaces
- Creating designs and preparing drawings with web-based layout computer program
- Quoting projects, closing the sale and completing necessary tasks for order processing
- Serving as the main point of contact for all customer questions and needs

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
- A pleasant and outgoing personality
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and clean driving record
