Step 1 – The Design Consultation
All of our projects start with a free, no obligation design consultation. Typically, one of our highly trained and very experienced designers will come to your home or office and listen. It’s our first priority to find out exactly what you want and need. We consider your available space, your specific requirements, and your personal taste and style in order to craft a custom design just for you.
During this stage, we’ll be asking lots of questions. Our designers will learn as much as possible about your organization and storage preferences so the custom solution will truly meet your needs. We prepare a computer generated drawing that will detail the various aspects of the design to help you visualize our concepts.
Unlike some competitors, we will leave our concept drawings with you (or email them to you if we don’t create them during our initial visit) so you can review them at your leisure or compare them, if you wish, to designs provided by others. We have confidence in both the viability of our designs and the competitiveness of our pricing so we have no compunctions about providing you with all the information for your thorough review. We want your project to exceed your expectations and it’s equally important to us that the process be pleasurable, informative and fulfilling.
Step 2 – Production
Once your custom drawings have been finalized and you’re completely satisfied with the design, we’ll present you with our sales agreement for your signature. After the paperwork formalities are out of the way, your project will be submitted to engineering and then go into production. Our installation manager will get in touch to arrange a convenient time for installation while our expert craftsmen begin the manufacturing process for your project.
In manufacturing, the various components for your job will be cut, milled, machined, edged and assembled to exacting standards on state of the art CNC machinery assuring proper fit and finish. Our professional craftsmen take great pride in their work and their level of expertise will be evident to you upon installation. Every project goes through rigorous quality assurance procedures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that we deliver the highest quality product.
Step 3 – Installation
Now for the day you’ve been waiting for. Our professional installation crew will arrive at your house and get to work. They will exercise the utmost in courtesy, care and consideration for your home and will complete the installation process with great attention to even the smallest details, while leaving no mess behind. At the conclusion of the installation they will clean both the product and the area where they have worked and invite your inspection of the job.
