We had a wonderful experience working with The Closet Works Inc! We had them do our pantry, linen closet, and primary bedroom closet. All 3 turned out so well! The consultation and design process went smoothly and they worked with us until the layout was exactly what we wanted. I absolutely love my new closets by Closet Works! A friend of mine and repeat customer showed me her closets. I was so impressed and gave Closet Works a call.
Steve the Consultant came to my townhome and listened to my wants and needs.
The installer Andrew was extremely professional, polite and worked efficiently and quickly. My bedroom closet is amazing as well as my foyer and garage. I highly recommend Closet Works!

I had a wonderful experience with The Closet Works and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I already have to my friends and family! They are the best choice for all of your closet, pantry, laundry room, and garage storage needs. My designer, Susan, was incredibly pleasant to work with and was a huge advocate for ensuring I was confident and happy with the designs. While the process and huge selection of products they offered seemed daunting at first, Susan was a tremendous help in narrowing down the design, finish, and pulls. The final product matched the overall aesthetic of my house perfectly, and I could not be happier. On top of that their customer service and installation team was superb and efficient. Their team installed four closets and a laundry room in a matter of hours, and that even includes them coming back a week later to finish the drawer faces despite year end holiday delays. To say I am impressed is an understatement, and I very much see myself working with them again in the future.

I have used Closet Works for the last 5+ years to build out my home office, walk-in bedroom closet, garage storage and most recently my pantry and mudroom (pictures attached). They have consistently been easy to work with - Kyle was my designer and was very patient as we went back and forth many times until we finalized our designs. The installers were always professional and did a clean job. I've also shopped around and Closet Works always had the best price for quality product. I highly recommend!!

Steve designed my walk-in closet six years ago and it was fantastic, so I called him a few weeks ago to get my other closets done. Both he and the installer, Chris, were great. My front hall closet is a weird shape with a sloping ceiling and I had stuff on the floors because there was nowhere to put it. Steve came up with a design that 1) fit everything I had and 2) actually gave me extra space. The most amazing thing though is that I can actually walk into that closet and find everything! I can't believe how much stuff I can fit into my office closet now making everything so easy to find. Of course, the prices were great, but the results would have been worth it even if I had to pay more. I highly recommend Steve, Chris, and Closet Works to anyone who wants their closets organized!
Update: six years later and Steve once again provided excellent service and exactly what I needed, this time a stand alone cabinet. Steve and the installer (sorry, I forgot his name) were great. I highly recommend you call closet works and ask for Steve for your closet needs.

The Closet Works redesigned my closets in my house twenty-some years ago, so when I recently sold my home and moved to a 55+ rental apartment community, and was told I could update my closets, I, once more, called The Closet Works. They did a fabulous job once again! I am able to hang all my clothes, with room to spare, as well as have reachable shelving for my fifty pairs of shoes. My redesigned coat closet now has a bar for long coats, a double bar for jackets, and shelving and cubbies for hats, gloves, and scarves. The Closet Works is a class act and their website is beyond compare. I cannot recommend their work highly enough.

Kyle and Closet Works were referred to me by my friend. I have had these plans about expanding storage areas for kids rooms and play rooms for a while. But we were scared to work with strangers. Kyle was amazing in listening to what my ideas were. She was patient as I tweaked things. Our closets are now organized and the wardrobes have provided ample space for kids as they grow up. The shoe shelf is perfect! Installation team was professional and prompt. They did a great job! We needed to adjust a door during installation and the team was great about that! I do advise anyone going through this process to have some examples, ideas of your own in order to curate it to your needs and lifestyle. I also went to the showroom which was immensely helpful in making those final picks- things look different in person than on the website or virtual examples.

We provided a rough drawing of the combination desk top, filing cabinets and bookshelves, and Closet Works created, first of all, a great drawing, with exact measurements, of what CW called a "work station." The installer, Wes, was marvelous---efficient, intent, and very pleasant. We show the finished product to everyone who visits our apartment. We want to use CW for another project.

They truly stand behind their products and work. Closet Works installed all my closets when we first moved in 23 years ago. They did the walk-in closets, storage areas, coat closets, pantry and laundry room. Last week, and for the first time, one of the dress closets became loose; I called them and scheduled a repair. Kevin was on time, assessed the loose plank, and repaired it free of charge. This life long service is rare nowadays. Would highly recommend Closet Works

I called closet works and Susan came to my home and listened to my concerns regarding the limited space my reach in closet provided. She designed a closet with shelves and drawers along with hanging rods. I placed a deposit and scheduled the installation. Wes came out and installed the closet in less than two hours. He was friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. The closet looks amazing and works perfectly for my needs. I would highly recommend closet works. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process and result. This was the second closet that closet works installed for us.

I employed Closet Works to build new closets in my walk-in, laundry room, and regular closet. The sales person who came was friendly professional and asked us what functions we need in the closet. The only thing that was not discussed was whether we wanted to use our existing walls or professional backing for the closet cabinets so this needs to be clarified for overall price and materials needed. The owner of closet works was very cooperative in handling this situation for us and compensated us fairly. The demolition guy Josh was excellent and his team who came for the installation were very experienced, hard working and did a fabulous job. I would recommend Closet Works to anybody who want to have beautiful professional closets installed.

Great experience with The Closet Works. Working with Kylee was very easy. I went back and forth many time for Closet design and Kyle met my design needs all the time. From putting an order to installation was very quick. After installation, there was a little damage I found on one of the shelf and it was replaced immediately. Great customer service. We created a brand new pantry during a kitchen renovation and family room addition. We were tight on space and needed to maximize our storage as we have 7 people - three generations - living in our home and our designers recommended The Closet Works. It was an additional expense but far more reasonable than we expected and money definitely well spent. Just used closet works for a mudroom and laundry room. My husband and I are picky and often clash on design ideas. Our designer, Kyle R, had great taste, and was beyond patient with us. We must’ve gone back and forth a million times and she never rushed us. We had an amazing experience with the Closet Works. Scheduling the consult and measurements was very simple and Steve H and his team were thorough. Our biggest issue is not knowing what we don't know - IE, we don't know what to ask for or consider - and he was able to anticipate that and solve our storage problems before we realized they were even problems.

Scheduling the install was very simple as well which we appreciated. The install itself only took half a day and our whole house was done - pantry, four bedroom closets, three utility closets and a coat closet - and the end result is staggering. We didn't realize how much space we were missing out on. We had unused shelves and drawers when we put everything back.

My wife loves her jewelry drawer in our master closet and I have a dedicated tie-rack and a belt-rack to easily store those items. It's hard to imagine ever having another closet without Closet Works getting involved!

Hands down some of the most beautifully crafted showcase rooms I've seen being from the California coast. I love that this company builds their products onsite! Closet Works specializes in both small jobs like adding a desk or shelves into your pantry area, to more intricate closets (think Mariah Carey closets where shoes light up). I recently had the pleasure of working with Shelly from Closet Works again. A couple of years ago, Shelly turned a spare room into a huge walk-in closet for me, and she also measured a pantry and additional shelves in my laundry room. I was so happy with the work that I called Shelly again to do three more closets plus a linen closet. I must commend her for her professionalism, courtesy, and impeccable measuring skills from start to finish. Shelly's attentive listening and her excellent recommendations enabled me to maximize space and organization in my closets.

The installation process was seamless, and the team exhibited the utmost care and respect for my home. They worked diligently to ensure that everything was installed to perfection and my satisfaction. The final result surpassed my expectations, as they did for my previous installations, and I am delighted with my new closets.

I had three closets done by closet works a few years back and have been really pleased so I just had four more done. This time I worked with Kyle, who made the design process easy and fun. She has great attention to small details and cosmetics to make sure the closets are not only functional for your personal needs but aesthetically pleasing as well. I changed my mind many times before finalizing the plans and she was great about that and got the new design plans back to me in a jiffy.
My closets are well appointed with everything we need. The workmanship/installation is also a job super well done. The installers were on time, very quiet and worked quickly.
A special project was a pantry closet in the mud room which turned out really well.
Currently I’m working with Kyle on designing some custom coat lockers with bench, shoe and accessory storage for the other side of the mudroom and look forward another successful collaboration.

We used Closet Works Inc. for our master bedroom & then used them again 6 months later to complete the other 3 bedroom closets in our home. We worked with Steve both times who always listens & gets us to the price we are looking for. Kevin did our installation who was extremely professional & quick. Shelly made the long trek to our Shore house and designed beautiful custom built ins around our fireplace! They had a beautiful selection of new designer woods to choose from and we all worked together to create exactly what I had envisioned! The work was done promptly and neatly and the price was right in our budget! I highly recommend Closet Works for more that just closets!

Very few things that you purchase and or own change your life or help you live well. The work that Closet Works did in our home made each room a better place to live in! Every closet is organized and offers abundant space from our customized laundry room to to our new office/music room space. The work is expert and clean. I have recommended them to friends and family with glowing reports of thanks for the excellent workmanship and excellent value.
They are now planning our new wine bar! I look forward to cheering with friends thanks to The Closet works and Steve H.

Shelly Harris spent many hours with me to outfit every closet in our condo, create a beautiful office and closet/dressing room, add a Murphy bed and bookcase, and bring full functionality to our laundry room. We have now used Closet Works Inc for 2 projects and we love them! Our designer Terri was amazing in helping me think through the areas and how to best utilize the space. She was patient and timely in getting me pricing as I went through the many many options that they provide. The quality of the product is amazing as well, and has held up to our toddler. Even months after installation, when we had a minor issue with a drawer, they came back out and fixed it for free with no fuss. I cannot recommend Closet Works Inc enough, I am already thinking of my next project with them!

Great company to deal with. The price was better than the competition, as was their delivery and installation time. The representative, Susan Fuller, was very pleasant, prompt with the review, efficient with the design and stayed in contact with us, even on weekends, throughout the process. Their design center is excellent to see their products. The installed cabinets look great and gave us even more room than we first anticipated for our storage.

We just had a large main bedroom closet redesigned by Closet Works and the results are stunning! So happy with the results- the sales/design team had creative ideas that maximized the space and matched our aesthetics. Steve was great to work with and extremely flexible and responsive when we had a flood the night before our installation was scheduled. Our close friend had referred us to Closet Works after we had several other companies give us estimates. One competitor spent several (painful) hours in our home and their base finish pricing was much higher than Closet Works even with their “discounts”. With Closet Works the design process was quick and easy with experienced people that knew exactly what would work. We were able to get upgraded finishes at an affordable cost. Couldn’t be happier!

We had a wonderful experience with Terri, the Closet Works designer, and everyone we worked with at Closet Works Inc.! We shopped around and found that the Closet Works quality and customer service was far superior and unbelievably more budget-friendly (yes - check them out!) than their competition. We like Closet Works so much that we are repeat customers. We had them do our primary closet earlier this year then came back for a bathroom cabinet and utility room coat closet. Next up - laundry room! We even recommend them to our friends, risky, I know but they were even more thrilled with the value and service of Closet Works Inc. Made in USA.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Closet works to build my pantry and master closet, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

First and foremost, I must commend them for doing a fantastic job. The end product exceeded my expectations, and I'm now enjoying beautifully organized and functional spaces. It is difficult to choose among the myriad choices of closet fitters in the Philadelphia area. I would suggest that you try Closet Works, having surveyed nearly all of the others. They will some to your location, measure everything and discuss your requirements. Within hours you will be furnished with a detailed rendering of the project with measurements including views from various angles. A date for installation will be set, and they adhere to it. The installer (Kevin in my case) was polite, efficient, and he thoroughly cleaned up when finished. All work is guaranteed in case of future problems. Materials are strong and attractive. The salesperson (Kyle) is very pleasant and competent. I have done three small projects with this company.

We recently got our closets done by "The Closet Works Inc". Right from the process of calling and setting up an appointment all the way through to project completion, I had an awesome experience. Kyle was came to our house promptly and out of all the other quotes that I have received for this project, Kyle was the only one who was super fast in providing the quote, understood our exact ask and didn't try to sell the standard layout and was willing to customize it as we see fit, was providing helpful suggestions along the way and best of all the price was still atleast 20-25% cheaper than the competitors when my custom size was 50% more than the standard offerings. So if you were to consider a quote with 50% more size requirements, the competitors quotes were many fold higher, some said cannot be done by them. We visited the showroom in PA and were greeted with respect and someone closely assisted us to choose door frames, colors, handles and they had plenty of options to choose. Any changes requested in quote based on showroom visit, Kyle gave the revisions in less than 30mins to 1 hour. They also provide lifelong warranty and the project was built right in front of me in the house by experienced 6 closet builders. They arrived on time and completed the entire project in 3.5 hours. Super fast and cleaned every debris out as well. I highly highly recommend them and I am super happy with the closet.

I highly recommend Barry & Closet Works! Barry is very responsive, he listened to what we were looking for and created designs that made our spaces beautiful and more functional than we imagined. Scheduling the installs was simple, the installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. In one of the cabinets in the mudroom there was a small nick in the wood that the installer pointed out, the team followed-up promptly after the install to let me know the plans for replacing that piece. We were very happy with our experience with The Closet Works. Anthony was great to work with; he listened and made the process very easy. The price was right in line with estimates we got from other companies, but looks much more 'custom installation' and less 'big box store closet system' of competitors.
Day of installation was a breeze. One guy and a few hours for a large closet, couldn't have been easier. We're glad we went with The Closet Works, and will be using the again in the future for additional closets & spaces in the house.
