We started our bathroom/bedroom renovations in early 2021. We contacted Steve Hollenberg from The Closet Works, Inc.... pretty early on in the process. He completed drawings of a desk & workspace in our bedroom and built-in wardrobes in our new bathroom. Unfortunately, our contractor was a little unreliable and our project took forever. We kept Steve in the loop during the process and he assured us that once we were ready to place the order he would expedite the process. We ended up changing contractors in the middle of the project and our 4-week project finally ended over 6 months later. When we were ready to place the order, Steve guided us throughout the process. Steve assisted with setting up the financing and scheduling the installation. It was a quick and painless installation (one of the few things that went smoothly during this project).We used The Closet Works, Inc. several years back when installing cabinets in our laundry room. They always provide excellent service with a quick response.read more

This is the second home that Closet Works has done for us and we couldn’t be happier with our closets. The options are... vast for any size room and we love the clean, minimalistic design. Our designer, Steve, is awesome and listens to our needs, designing the most perfect closet/laundry room/etc for our home each time. The installers are always fast and efficient while the office team is super friendly and helpful if/when any issue arises, they are quick to rectify the problem and ensure we are happy with our job. We are so happy with our beautiful closets and can’t recommend this company enough!read more

Dale and Zach were incredible. I liVe in a high rise so on top of all of the usual installation stuff they had to deal... with the garage, elevators, etc. Tara, Tammy and Dale and Zach Troubleshooting shot almost everything in advance so that the installation went smoothly. There were two minor glitches with vertical holes but they will be back in a week to fix that. Their pricing is really competitive. I’d say it’s an excellent value. This is my second set of closets with them and I amVery pleased. Would recommend 100%.read more

Closet works did a fantastic job. We had 3 closets redone to optimize space. From the time I called, there was a design... consultant out within a couple days to take measurements and make suggestions on how to best use our closet space. After getting a quote, the closets were installed a couple weeks later. The people were all very friendly and easy to work with.read more

Andrew arrived promptly for the install, was friendly, quick, and the final work product looks great! Install took less than 6 1/2 hours for two closets. Very satisfied with the closets installed in my new home. I had Susan out here on my third day in the house and we... quickly came up with designs then scheduled the install. Fast forward and it was largely done in one day.They came around 830 and were out by 6. In particular, I want to compliment the main installer. He arrived early, stayed late, cleaned up, was pleasant but not too chatty, etc. The man did great work.I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Even more space than anticipated. Love it.read more

Shelley Harris is a genius! Prior to meeting with her I made a list of everything I needed our mudroom renovation to... accomplish! Places for office supplies, pantry items, school bags, jackets, pool supplies, party supplies, and more! She created a plan that included every single one of our needs! Shelley carefully analyzed how we used our kids' closet space and designed an installation that fit our needs.... Installation occurred on-time. The installers were very efficient. They handled three closets in a little over two hours. This is our second time using Closet Works. We used them for our master bedroom closets over 7 years ago, and they still look great. Cannot recommend them highly enough!read more

We worked with Jill Brandeis. She was as patient, professional, and competent as one could hope for with a company... rep. The work was completed quickly (surprisingly short installation time) and was done very well, and the clean up was great. Barry is THE best closet designer around. He understands his client's needs and designs to meet those. And he always... offers options, which is wonderful. He is so creative and able to figure out any space, even if it is a challenging space.The installers are amazing as well. So nice, respectful, clean, helpful and fast.The office staff is just as nice- a pleasure to deal with.The end product is absolutely amazing.I have been using Barry and Closet Works for years- from a large house in the burbs to a smaller space in Philly. Closet works, and their designer Shelley, made the impossible, possible! I recently moved in to a new home that had... the absolute worst closets! Shelley helped me design every single closet and storage space in my house, from walk- in closets to linen and coat closets, as well as my laundry room. I cannot say enough about the entire process. The design process, to installation, was all seamless. I have never worked with a more professional, thorough, amazing company. Shelley made herself completely accessible to me, even after hours. My closets and storage spaces not only look beautiful, they have dramatically increased the amount of space I have now to place my clothes and belongings!!Closet Works has so many amazing finishes, and choices. Their prices are beyond reasonable. This is the second home I have used their services in and they have truly exceeded my expectations! We had a great experience with The Closet Works! We live in an older house that has small bedroom closets. We... completely updated my wife's two closets and I added a shelving to mine. Jill our salesperson was delightful. She came out and took measurements and sent us multiple diagrams of the new closets. A few weeks later, the installer came out. The installation only took a few hours and they cleaned everything up before they left. The price was really reasonable too. Big thumbs up for The Closet Works, I would definitely recommend them.read more

This was our first experience with Closet Works, and it was great. Our designer, Jen, was from the outset very... attentive to what we were looking for, and really worked overtime to produce drawings which satisfied our needs. Her suggestions for some of the details were the icing on the cake. Installation of the cabinetry for our walk-in closet went seamlessly, and the installers worked diligently to get the final fit. We are more than satisfied with Closet Works, the cabinetry is beautiful, and in the near future we will be contracting with Closet Works for another project in our home. My experience with Closet Works was topnotch from beginning to end.The sales representative/designer with whom I worked... was extremely knowledgable about size, style and details. The finishes and hardware we selected were beautiful and coordinated well with the rest of the decor in my house. On installation day, the installers arrived promptly. They covered all areas with tarps so as not to damage our flooring. At the completion of the installation, I was left with a beautiful master and linen closet and an absolutely gorgeous freestanding wardrobe. When the installers left, there was no evidence that they had been there and even the newly installed closets were left completely dust free. I would use Closet Works again and highly recommend them.read more

Closet Works rocks! I met with Shelley Harris, one of Closet Works designers, right before everything was closed down... due to the pandemic, and her designs and communication with me throughout the whole process was excellent. Shelley had fantastic ideas and she worked with me to design closets that truly fit my needs. Installation was delayed due to the mandated shutdown, but Closet Works kept me updated on their situation the entire time. As soon as they were able, Closet works rescheduled my installation and the team that came out to my house this week to customize 6 closets, hang cabinets in my laundry room, and create a cubby and storage space in the mudroom followed all of the new safety protocols and did an excellent job. From start to finish, my experience with Closet Works was one I would highly recommend!read more

I never knew how much organized closets could change our lives! We did a home renovation on an old house, literally... every part of the house needed to be rehabbed. We made a space for our closets but for a year we lived out of large bins. It was a daily struggle and constantly a mess. Susan came to our house to take measurements and design the closets. We couldn’t be happier! The closers are efficiently designed and fit way more than I expected. Susan talked through different options and materials in order for each of our sides to work for us. The installer who came to put our closets together was professional, he took the appropriate amount of time to put everything together and everything feels sturdy. We couldn't be happier with our new now-organized closets! Shelley did an outstanding job utilizing the limited space... we have. The storage capacity is now at least doubled in size, and low and behold our shoes are off the floor!! And, Josh did did an A-one installation job. We worked with Susan Fuller to set up our office space. She was great! Susan came to our home to talk about our goals... for the room, practical needs, and added in to the design things I wouldn't have considered, like space needed for the seat well. Susan was able to merge our office and guest room, and made use of every inch in a tight room. We went to the showroom and were able to see what other designs they have, not just for closets, but laundry rooms as well. We look forward to our next project with Susan and Closet Works!read more
